Viña El Cerno Malbec 

A powerful yet elegant Malbec crafted from premium grapes sourced from old vineyards over 50 years old in the prestigious regions of El Cepillo and Altamira in the Uco Valley, La Consulta, Argentina.
Yields are strictly controlled and limited to 60–70 quintals per dunam, and the harvest is performed by hand in small 20 kg boxes to preserve maximum fruit quality.

The wine undergoes 3 days of cold maceration, 5 days of alcoholic fermentation, and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
Extended aging of 18 months in French oak barrels adds remarkable complexity, depth, and refinement.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Deep red with purple hues.

Nose:
Rich aromas of raspberry jam and cooked plum, with a subtle backdrop of tobacco and gentle toast from the barrel.

Palate:
Smooth and pleasant entry, juicy red-fruit flavors, medium body, full and silky texture, and a long, caressing finish.

Aging Potential:
Enjoyable now but will continue to develop beautifully over the next several years under proper cellaring conditions.
