Order Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

1. Cancellation Policy

Wine orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Any request by the purchaser to modify an order is subject to the Company’s prior approval, at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.
Order changes or cancellations may be requested by phone only.

2. Company’s Right to Cancel

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason, without the need to provide justification or prior notice — even if an order confirmation email has already been sent to the purchaser.

If the Company cancels an order after a confirmation email has been issued, the purchaser will be notified by phone, and shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against the Company regarding such cancellation.
The purchaser shall not be entitled to any compensation from the Company as a result of the cancellation and/or the modification of the order.

In the event of cancellation by the Company, the purchaser will receive a refund of the full amount paid.
In the event of a modification approved by the Company, the purchaser will be charged or credited accordingly, based on the revised order.

3. Force Majeure

Without derogating from the above, if circumstances or events beyond the control of the Company and/or the Website owners and/or its operators delay, prevent, or hinder the provision, supply, shipment, or delivery of the products — in whole or in part — including but not limited to:

  • system failures or malfunctions

  • telephone or communication disruptions

  • hostile actions, war, terrorism

  • strikes or labor shutdowns

  • emergency national reserve call-ups

  • extreme weather conditions

  • or any other event considered as force majeure

— and such events cause delays, interruptions, or prevent the completion of the purchase process or the delivery of the products, the Company shall be entitled to notify the purchaser of:

  • full or partial cancellation of the order, or

  • a delay in its delivery.

In such cases, the purchaser shall have no claim, demand, or action of any kind against the Company.
