Welcome to Vinotelier. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

An order is considered complete only after:

  2. You have provided valid credit card information.

  3. The transaction is approved by the credit card company.

  4. You receive a confirmation email from us.

  5. The item ordered is confirmed to be in stock.

Large or unusual orders may require additional approval at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our Service is suspected.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the Website are in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) unless stated otherwise.

If an item is not available after an order is placed, we will contact you using your provided details. You may:

  • Receive a full refund.

5. Age Restriction on Alcohol Purchases

In compliance with Israeli law, alcohol may only be sold and delivered to individuals aged 18 or older.
Upon delivery, you may be required to present an identification document.
Failure to present valid ID may result in order cancellation without refund for delivery fees.

6. Communications & Registration

By registering or placing an order, you consent to receive:

7. Availability & Inventory

We do our best to ensure that products appearing on the Website are available.
