A sweet and distinctive sparkling wine crafted from the unique Torrontés grape, grown in selected premium vineyards in the regions of El Cepillo and Altamira in the Uco Valley, La Consulta, Argentina.
Produced using the traditional méthode champenoise, the wine is made with strict attention to fruit quality and carefully controlled yields. Harvesting is carried out by hand in 20 kg boxes, and the organic production and limited quantity ensure a truly unique product with individually numbered bottles.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Light yellow with silvery reflections.

Nose:
Refreshing, expressive aromas of pear, pineapple, and green apple.

Palate:
Fresh, floral, and fruity, with delicate bubbles adding extra complexity. Pleasant acidity balances the sweetness, leading to a crisp, refreshing, gently sweet finish.
