Grapes are harvested manually at night to maintain freshness and protect the fruit from oxidation.

The wine is aged for 9 months:
• 60% in second-use French oak
• 40% in new American oak
This balanced maturation creates a perfect harmony between rich fruit expression and refined oak aromatics.
