A distinguished vintage Champagne from the historic family-owned Champagne Cattier house, this Millésime 2015 Brut Premier Cru showcases the character and complexity of an exceptional harvest from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. Cattier’s cellars nurture this vintage for over seven years on lees, resulting in remarkable depth, elegance and aromatic refinement. 

Blend & Vinification:
This vintage cuvée is expertly balanced from 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier and 34% Chardonnay. It is aged for more than seven years on the lees, with a dosage of approximately 7.5 g/L, contributing richness and harmony to the mature profile. 

Tasting Notes:
In the glass, it displays a golden colour with hints of amber and persistent fine bubbles. On the nose, expect rich aromas of white chocolate, spices (vanilla and pepper), dried fruit, candied citrus peel and forest berries. Subtle brioche, toast, hazelnut and gingerbread nuances emerge with aeration. On the palate, this fully mature champagne reveals honeyed notes, expressive fruit of blackcurrant, fig and dried apricot, and a lingering finish framed by toasted hazelnut detail.

Food Pairings:
This 2015 vintage is wonderfully suited to foie gras, duck à l’orange or mature goat’s cheese. It also complements fruit desserts such as clafoutis or praline-accented treats, making it versatile for festive and gourmet menus.
