Champagne Cattier Brut Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru 

An elegant and expressive Premier Cru Champagne from the historic Champagne Cattier house, this Brut Blanc de Noirs is crafted primarily from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown on Premier Cru sites in the Montagne de Reims. A true reflection of Cattier’s classic style, it showcases depth, complexity, and refined structure thanks to a significant proportion of reserve wines and extended aging in the cellars.

Tasting Notes:
The wine opens with a pale golden hue and very fine bubbles. On the nose, it reveals generous yet refined aromas of plum, peach, strawberry, and a delicate hint of candied orange peel. On the palate, this fruit-driven generosity continues with vibrant notes of mirabelle, apricot, and ripe red fruit, evolving into nuances of acacia honey and finishing long with sweet spice and toasted brioche. 

Vinification & Style:
Blended predominantly from Pinot Noir (approx. 75%) and Pinot Meunier (approx. 25%), with a high proportion of reserve wines contributing to its complexity. This cuvée spends over three years on the lees, contributing to its rich texture and aromatic depth.

Ideal as an aperitif and an excellent companion to gourmet cuisine — from seafood and shellfish to charcuterie, roast poultry, and creamy cheeses.
